Tweeti made a post about me trying to get a new house. well that wouldnt work my wife doesnt make enough to get that house no problem. so i hired a lawyer to help me modify my mortage which is with bank of america. and i am sorry if i hurt anybodies feelings here but they have to be the worst bank out there..

the point of the post did you know how they tell you they might be recording the converstation. well if you tell them you are going to record the converstation they will not talk to you.. did you know that.. doesnt that make you raise an eyebrow? it does me. how can they record me but i cant record them so i have proof of what they said..

well they called tonight and i told the lady to wait while i got my recorder so i could record our converstation and sure enough she told me if i record our converstation that she couldnt talk to me. i told her fine call back when you could...

TweetSorry to hear about the troubles bro ... In some states the law says you don't even have to notify the other party if the call is being recorded ... At least that is how the law is in my state. If I wish to record a convo - only 1 party is required to be aware of the recording - not both. Not really sure how this would apply to a convo taking place via interstate ... I would imagine since i'm in the state which allows and I am doing the recording ... then it should be fine no matter what state the other party is in. Ooooo lawwwd ... this could get messy and expensive.
Ironic how they call themselves Bank of America and have been labeled the worst for quite sometime now. I hope you get the best of them overall!

Tweetthanks guys.. been fighting with them for 4 years now since i got divorced in 08. and i tried to get them to work out something with me but i got a different answer every time i called them. i can make the payments but i want my ex wifes name off of it and i want a lower intrest rate.. kept getting sorry cant do anything. then a real estate buddy of mine said stop making your payment hole shit boa is on it now..

got a lawyer now to help me so i dont get screwed...keep you guys informed..
