it's all height man. i weigh 220s to 234 and i have stood next to jose and a cpl of the other guys as well as a local 212 pro that i know and they look twice as big or bigger than i do at comp time and even at my heaviest to me. it's crazy i am 4-6" taller and it makes all the difference in the world
