TweetI agree with Miss Diesel. I used to hit it from 30-45 minutes but that was 10 years ago. Now, I have to build my stamina back up to get it to 30. I'm still at 15 minutes of quick and short strides and 30 minutes of treadmill (speed 2 mph/incline 10).
