TweetA very good point I have never trained to impress anyone ,the noise is ok to an extent.grunting is ok in my book but not yelling ,unless at a compation,.then you need that extra little bit.But powerlifting is not my cup of tea,it's way to easy,no offense to any by no means,but bodybuilding is a 24 hr thing ,like right now ,with the eating and all.
