I was so disappointed in Henderson. I can't believe he tried to stand up while in the armbar. If you're gonna do that, you better be able to yank your arm out of there, or you better be able to lift the other guy to slam him. He knows jiu jitsu, so I don't know why he didn't stack Pettis.
