I guess I'm getting too old for this bouncing shit.....

two weeks ago I broke up two big fights and while tussling with these guys for what seemed to be forever I ended up straining my forearms and bis. It fucked up my workout fr the nex week and I just did legs one day, tris the next and shoulders a few days later. This week I felt a little better and was able to train but felt some pain on the negatives when doing chest. Bis were ver tolerable and back was no problem. The this weekend another fight and I didn't even want to drive homeI was so sore. We used a heating pad andt definitely helped but I have come to the conclusion that the little bit of money ain't worth not being able to train right and also to feel like a gimp at work today.
