I too am guilty of hatin to train my legs. I do train them....and hard...but I hate it. All I do is squats, leg press and dumbell lunges...sometimes I'll throw in a dumbell squat too.
I really need a better leg workout though
TweetHahha it reminds me of so many of the dudes around where i live. I personally love legs however, They are the only body part that i dont get excited or look forward to training. But once im there I love pushing heavy ass weight. Legs are my best body part.

It reminds me of this guy at a New Orleans Gold's Gym that I saw. The only difference is that he ONLY did benching and nothing else. Everything was puny but his pecs.

Tweetive learned to deal with legs. its a major part of bodybuilding. you see alot of guys that look that way

Tweeti crushed mine yesterday as well. i did 3 sets leg xtens warm up, 6 sets seated leg curls, 6sets lying leg curls, 3 sets stand leg curl, 6 sets heavy leg xtens 6 sets bb squats up to 405( to the floor for 8) 6 sets of leg press ( up to 720 full reps) and 4 sets of hacks. i aint going to bs i am not going to be able to walk tomorrow
