TweetI can't say that Im happy. He says he will choose a Justice that shows empathy to those less fortunate. Guess what?????? Thats not the law!!!!! They are to interpret the law in a fair and unbiased manner.

So looks like it wont be the most qualified person for the seat but someone that will make their judgments on biased opinion rather than fact.
