TweetJealousy was the most likely motive according to his past relationships, and according to the reported events prior to Jasmine's (the ex wife/then gf).
Ryan Jenkins had punched an ex gf in the head knocking her to her knees. He had been charged with domestic violence and given over a year's worth of probation and ordered to attend sex addiction classes (apparent circumstances of the fighting for this).
The night before Jasmine was murdered, she had sent text messages back and forth with her ex boyfriend in Vegas. She told him she wanted to visit him. Ryan Jenkins reportedly intercepted the texts, and they apparently fought over it. She was then strangled to death police believe at a San Diego hotel where they were staying/partying. The next day (a saturday) she was found in a trash bin in Buena Park, SoCal stuffed into a suitcase badly beaten and missing her fingers and teeth. A homeless dude trash digging for cans found her.
The night before, Jasmine's ex boyfriend got one last text (police believe it she had already been murdered) from her phone that just said "suck it".
They had met here in Vegas (where I live) at a club event. A couple days after meeting they got married at Little White Wedding Chapel. That was just this last March. Then she had the marriage annuled, but he talked her back into the relationship. They were just here staying and partying at The Palms Hotel 2 weeks ago (5 min down the street from where I live).
A buddy of mine here that hosts for clubs was personal friends of her's. Small world. Sadly there's no shortage of girls meeting shit loads of strangers at all the clubs here in Vegas everynight.... many looking for a sugar daddy attractive enough and willing enough to take care of them and promise them the world. And as long as these chicks with these for sale mentalities are risking everything and putting themselves on display and up for use with strangers, this sort of story is going to repeat again. There's more stories just like this with all the same ingedients.... we just don't hear it mainstream because they're not all ex playboy involved models, and reality tv show contestants. That shit's marketable in the news and tabloid world...... but a life is a life and this stuff happens to others many times each year in many places.
