Yep. Most jails in SD arent that bad but my buddy is a sheriff at La County and he said that most prisons are better than la county.

i was locd up at vista for a while
ive been locd up in south bay and descanso when it was still around

TweetId hate to do any time but I did 34 days on an ag bat chrge and I was stuffed in with 35 peeps that hat Hepatitis with open wounds etc and was overcrowded in a place fit for 20. I literally slept in a fetal position for the 4 hrs they gave us blankets with a guy with open infections! The temp was abou 62 degrees as torture IMO! It wasnt state prison but it was HELL!
There was one extra sandwich. The gaurd asked who wanted it and about 25 peeps said they wanted it. The guard said who ever gets to it first gets it and NO FIGHTS! He dropped it to the floor and when he did he smashed it all over with his foot! He said" Its for whoever ants it!" and left.......
