I read your entire write-up and was waiting on the "black" part to come out. Maybe I read too fast - but I didn't see it. Maybe your Title should have been, "TLC Show Makes A Spectacle of 'AN' Obese Family".

That said, I agree with you observation and take. I really think these TV guys have streatched the "Reality TV" thing beyond the limits.
If you don't think things could get worse; mess with me.

yeah what does black have to do with anything

besides the ever popular southern diet which is well established high in saturated fats and sodium

right now i know FullyBuilt is tryin to type with one hand and with the other...,i can only imagine.the only reason they made it into a "Black" family thing is for the ratings.instead of all these big ass obese reality shows, and i do give those people on them mad credit and guts for doing what they're doing,i'd like to see a show where they take an overly thin or extremely skinny person, male or female, and train them to get into a fitness type of shape.not talkin Olympia size but something like "from scrawny to brawny" or whatever.fat people lose the wght but the majority of todays society doesn't understand what alot of thin people who want to be bigger go thru.

Actually, I didn't write it but I agree with you, bro. I completely missed the "black" part of the article. But I think you missed the part in the thread that said, Courtesy of HelloBeautiful.com. Jeanene James wrote it on the website and I brought it here from Yahoo.

You're absolutely correct. I should have said "the article" and not "your article".
