i too serve this country as a matter fact for well over a decade. me and all of my boys damn sure enjoy this type of humor, it is actually not distasteful in the least bit. a good one lol. the sad thing is that no one here actually allows in racial or close to racial comments. the mods are very on point on these matters

The sad thing is that tip toeing around "fears of racism" in my opinion fuels a continued problem of racism instead of everyone just accepting it as a thing to disappear.
Blatant insulting argumentative racial remarks are one thing. . . but just humorful light hearted jokes should be viewed as healing instead of a sore spot.
That's how I view it anyhow.
That's why I think it's a positive thing when comedians like Chris Rock or other comedians of color or different races make fun of themselves as well. It takes a sensitive topic and weakens it by simply expressing that we don't need to make it a serious thing anymore.

In even simpler terms - The only ones who make a big issue out of racism are the racists.
