      Default Snuff and lifting

      Ive been chewing for a about 4 years now and never really thought about the effects of chewing snuff and lifting. I heard that if you put in a dip after you lift it negates some of your gains since it restricts your flood flow. Is this true? Or except for the mouth cancer, are there any other negatives effects with the body in terms of gains and lifting?

      Thanks slick. Just wanted to make sure. I can imagine how hard it is for you to stop. Ive only been doing it for like 4 years and tried half of last year, and some of this year to stop. The only result is i get pissed of and go out and buy a can.

      You got that right. I hear mostly women say...including my mom who found out only a year ago and thinks i relaly dont do it anymore "its just a bad disgusting habit." Personally, if they tried it, they might like the taste and take on this "bad habit". If something that tastes decent, relaxes you, and most of all keeps you occupied when your bored is bad for you, ill take my chances.

      What you usually chew slick? I either go for Skoal Straight or Cope long or Bourbon im starting to like. Im not a fan of the flavored shit really unless im stuck and have to go with skoal mint, but did you see they came out with citrus. My little cousin who i advised not to start dipping since hes 16 tried it and he said it was good. I dont think im that daring to try it lol.
