Well we gotta understand that they're not stupid...they know these cards are being used for unlawful purposes and they have to use methods that will curtail it being used for that purpose...ordinary citizens using the card aren't going to go above the standards they've set for its use. When money is being loaded onto a card and then drawn right back out the same or next day that just doesn't look good.

The only answer for that is multiple cards such as FB stated above.
