I actually cried a selfish tear for my own loss and a unselfish one for everyones' loss of this lil badass with a huge good heart.
Thank you Mr. Jack Lalanne for being what you were and for being what you always will be to me and countless others.
Anyone into being fit should bow down and realize they'd be very hard pressed to ever match up to Mr. Lalanne in physical or loving action.
This is a life full of actions that should truly be CELEBRATED!
