      yes sir! He was lifting weights for a hour and then went for swim for half hour everyday up til he gotten sick...what an inspiration!

      Grew up watching him every morning when I was little dan. I knew who he was way before I knew there was an Arnold. He was a great role model for me, heck I still have one of his first juicers machines. I hope we all can live to be as great as this man was.
