There are stories of people buying cars on it. not remebering a thing.

TweetI'm taking one tab or sometimes half a tab at bedtime and I sleep like a baby but I don't take it half an hour before bed or I say and do things that I don't even remember the next day (sometimes I read posts I made and say "OMG, did I write this?").
TweetI hade a sleeping probelm BUT I personally think it was just stress related. I used them all Ambian Ambian cr Lunesta and the last Rozeram They were all candy i was consuming 20mg ambian and still waking up 3 hours later and never falling asleep Rozeram I just stopeed It gave me weird bizarre dreams. I told the doctor this she said yes that is one of the side affects. I said the heck with all of this stuff. Now I sleep like a champ. That medicine doesnt work for me. No Im not a pill popper. I hate taking meds. I gues this is what happens when you hit 40. Im ammune to many meds
TweetMy insomnia is also stress related .... and I do have bizarre dreams when taking Ambien or another sleeping pill like lorazepam. I wish I could find a way to beat that stress and sleep like a baby again.
Tweeti hate that shit, its a hypnotic and if you dont fall asleep right away your basically sleep walking.
hell if you have legitimate anxiety problems, see a psych and get a script for xanax or some other benzo to help you sleep on the really rough nights. even wit that i wake up a few hours later, so i take it with elavil (tricyclic like trazodone) to keep me asleep.
trazodone or other tricyclics alone give me wicked nightmares that interfere with the quality of my sleep they are so realistic
