I hade a sleeping probelm BUT I personally think it was just stress related. I used them all Ambian Ambian cr Lunesta and the last Rozeram They were all candy i was consuming 20mg ambian and still waking up 3 hours later and never falling asleep Rozeram I just stopeed It gave me weird bizarre dreams. I told the doctor this she said yes that is one of the side affects. I said the heck with all of this stuff. Now I sleep like a champ. That medicine doesnt work for me. No Im not a pill popper. I hate taking meds. I gues this is what happens when you hit 40.
