      oh yeah, Xanax can sneak up and be a serious problem before you know it. Even coming off it cold turkey can kill you. Effective med, but a short term fix only.

      If you have an iphone or android there are some very cool self-hypnosis apps for relaxation. I use one nearly every day (I like the ones by Andrew Johnson).
