i am just going to throw out there that gitmo has been there since prior to 1996 and its purpose is to detain persons from outside nations. we could have used anywhere in germany italy purteo rico etc... it would be kinda retarded to store these detainees over in the theater of conflict. just throwing it out there. if it were up to me and they were found guilty i would go saudi style with public beheadings.
