TweetI was looking at proxify.com today. you can use the limited version for free or pay 40 for 6 months of the full version. I am sure they retain records and would be subject to release them during an investigation. They claim they keep records for only three days and delete after that, but I wouldn't put the farm on it.

DATA RETENTION
Proxify's practice is to keep logs of user activity for a limited time (three days or less), including for the purpose of handling abuse reports. These proxy logs contain a record of web accesses made to and through our service and are not revealed to anyone outside of our organization, except such small portions that may be needed to confirm abuse or act on abuse reports or as otherwise provided below. Old logs are customarily deleted daily.
