I'm 5'11" down 30lbs is two months. I weigh 295 today (lean, but not shreaded yet) Goal is to be around 275 SHREADED!!!!! As far a strength...I'm a wimp for my size. Squat 6 plates for 3 x 12(that's the only thing worth braggen about) Otherwise there are pleanty of strong guys out there to brag. I'm a fucken old bodybuilder and every time I get Cocky and go super heavy...I'll get hurt. lol
