Well I worked out in school like a madman, then once I got out, I smoked and ate horribly till round 28. I was 155lbs. Then I quit smoking at 28 and bought a Bowflex. I didn't gain any weight on it, but man I got cut like a bitch.
Then I started going back to the gym around 31 (I'm 39 now) and havn't looked back. I'm currently at 210-215 and love it
