TweetI like the bike. People rag on the bike; saying it's for people who are lazy. My response is, if you aren't working hard enough, TURN THE DAMN RESISTANCE UP! You can work just as hard on the bike as any other piece of cardio. Hahaha had to get that out.

I like the treadmill can walk a good speed on it and I have used it in the past to sprint on.
But my favorite is a women that's is some great cardio but some of you quick shots wouldn't now this LOL.
Tweetthe gym i go to has a tread way tread mill. it has rubber slats on it instead of a belt like most treadmills have. i like it. seems easier on my shins.
