TweetWhos hunts? Do you eat what you hunt? My brother is a big hunter and every year we get venison sausage, jerkey, steaks and ground meat. I only like the jerkey and sausage though.

TweetShotgun season is very soon...I have no patience for Bow Hunting and for those members that do Bow hunt U deserve sum props cause that is way to much of a effort....I tried it years ago and after 2 disappointing cold seasons I went back to my trusty Ithaca 12G and always tag my Limit and with my Land Owners Permit totaling atleast 6deer a year! Jerky and summer sausage is what we always process, but some loin steaks are carved up to! My 1st deer was a 135-140lb 2 1/2yr field dressed Doe and try to keep up the tradition every year...The Midwest by far has some of the Largest Herds in the US so Population Control I feel is our duty to keep the population down and at the same time keep the freezer full.
Everything I say is Roll Play!
TweetMy 10 year old nephew just started to hunt and he got aan 8 pointer this past weekend.
