TweetAs for drug testing, it should be a combination of random announced and unannounced testing and be clearly disclosed on the application form. Signing and cashing each check means you attest to being drug free for that period and agreeing to the terms. If the drug testing is applied fairly and evenly to EVERYONE who is on welfare then what does the ACLU have?
