Tweethitting 360x2 on the flat bench last year and last week FINALLY hitting the low 300's as actual work sets for 5-6reps instead of trying for a max wght.ain't a whole lot but for someone who hated squats i know i'll be at 405 in a few months...!

TweetI just started eating wayyy better(I had a problem with sweets lol) and going to the gym 5 days a week and learning how to work out for real helped too.
