Tweetwhen i just got of high school it was when i could bench 315lbs now thats nothing. after that it was be able to do wide grip pull ups. havent done them in forever then one day at the gym i was doing back so i grabbed the wide grip bar and was able to do 3 sets of 12 i was shocked.....

TweetAs a Powerlifter I work on new ones all the time and if I'm not breaking my own records then something is wrong in the equation.
I'll say this each Squat Milestone is my proudest as it's the hardest lift being a lot more technical then the other 2.

Tweet that was mine and i did it in march but then i started working too much to go to the gym and now i weigh 190 at 5'11. ill get it back it just sux working to accomplish something youve already accomplished
