      Morning shake which is 1 1/2 cup milk, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1 cup oats, and 1 scoop whey.
      2 hours later at work, 1 cup oats, 6 whole egss, slice of fat free cheese, and greek yogart.

      protien drink with oatmeal (pre-workoput becouse i have to go in the mornings now) and waxi-maize/protien drink after. first whole food was 10am...chicken breast and baked potatoe

      1 egg
      30gr oats
      30gr flax/sesame seeds
      1 medium banana
      40gr berries mix
      1 Tbsp honey

      All mixed in a blender

      Breakfast wrap with egg whites, turkey sausage , spinach, tomatoes, salsa in awhole wheat totilla!!! Coffee, coffee, coffee! Yum!
