TweetDid anybody here already try Acomplia for weightloss?
The French pharmaceutical group Sanofi-Aventis has withdrawn its anti-obesity drug Acomplia. The FDA had concluded earlier this month that the dieting treatment referred to as rimonabant was unsafe and shouldn't be sold in the U.S.
According to the FDA experts, suicidal thoughts are one of the side effects of Acomplia.
Acomplia is still sold in Europe (but very expensive). The European Medicines Agency will review the data on the psychiatric effects of the drug.
