Arguably the world’s best and most famousrestaurant of the past decade, El Bulli finally closed its doors, after awell-publicized dinner, on July 30, 2011.During the years in which therestaurant was under his charge, Chef FerranAdria became well known for giving aspiring young cooks the opportunity to work in hiskitchens. During their time under his tutelage, he sought not only to help them improvetheir practical skills, but also to challenge their boundaries and nourish their culinaryspirits.
