      Happens all the time near where I live. Two nights ago there were for shootings in the same city within in 4 hr time frame....

      you change this with education reform. like brock said this is a product of the economy and education then anything else. same goes for welfare. you force people to take responsibility for their actions and they will till then they will continue to blame somebody else.

      its a good point tekki but people dont take responsibilty for their actions...rather they blame others and point the blame away from themselves.
