right now,
210 lbs, 16% BF, arm 16
9 weeks ago 184, 13% bf, arm 14.75
as far as power the only thing Im getting a noticable improvement on is Deadlift. allthough Im hesistant to try a 1RM on bench or squat so I dont really even know what it would be. But right now Im deadlifting 315 off the floor for 8-10 reps and 225 for about 15 (not much but good for me)
