      Guys stop saying Tanning, it doesnt help, it hurts! Maybe that day or the next it looks better, but in the long run it dries out the skin and in doing so produces more oil.

      I agree, im not sure tanning actually helps the acne part but it does wonders for making it not as visiable. Spray tan makes me look like i have no acne marks at all.

      id have to say tanning does help and also nutrogena face wash or dove soap.

      I went to a dermatoligist when I was a little dude and he put me in front of a uv lamp to kill bacteria.....I agree however that tanning is not gonna help long term because it creates more dead skin and stimulates oil production ..... I'm still trying to figure this acne shit out.....@ week 8 like clock work ....blam ...zits
