i crushed mine yesterday as well. i did 3 sets leg xtens warm up, 6 sets seated leg curls, 6sets lying leg curls, 3 sets stand leg curl, 6 sets heavy leg xtens 6 sets bb squats up to 405( to the floor for 8) 6 sets of leg press ( up to 720 full reps) and 4 sets of hacks. i aint going to bs i am not going to be able to walk tomorrow
