TweetThanks for all the well wishes, it has been quite a life experience. We have been trying to get the house for 6 months. But it's now ours. The house was a short sale so we got it for 160k and when it was appraised the guy said if we fix everything that it needs the house is worth 220k. All the work was cosmetic really, the inspector said the house was excellent structurally and my father is very famikliar with the company that built the house in 89. The outside walls are 6" which is thicker than most so it will give better insulation and there is 12" of insulation in the attic and i guess that is uncommon as well.
As far as the gym goes, my strength is shit and this is the first break i've taken in 5 1/2 years so it feels good and bad at the same time coming back. Everyone says i look the same but maybe leaner but i feel off. Nothing a little test, tren and deca can't fix.
