I hear you bro....I bounce and manage a nice bar that my bro and some friends own. It is hard sometimes dealing with all the pieces of shit out there. We have a dress code and because of it i have to decide what is to baggy, trashy, ect and not let ppl in because of it. I get called a racist all the time because of it. How is it my fault...i did not dress them like thugs. Oh well, i had to rant alil bit. I am sure you deal with the same shit sometimes.

I did get off topic somewhat. But i feel ya on finding good help. We have to fire ppl left and right for not doing there job, giving out free drinks, letting underage ppl in..ect.

i totally agree. it seems anywhere you go you have to double check what you asked/paid for to make sure the lazy ass helping you did it right. nobody cares anymore. if you do a shit/lazy job that a reflection on you and what little respect you have for yourself. so i extend no respect to people like that. you have to yell and scream and really get on them to get the job done right, its a shame.

A lot of people just have no pride. They think they are "above" the job they are doing but they haven't done anything to better themselves. They want to be given accolades and responsibilities but they haven't done a damn thing to earn it. Therefore, they slack and don't respect the job they do have.

That's my take on the whole thing.........

I feel you on that... I've worked at a gym and after i quit people told me the gym hasnt looked the same since. I took pride in making sure it was clean and everything put away ciz thats what i want when i workout.
