TweetYou're going to find that alot of UG labs aren't going to have tabs that look like your OTC pills. First off the equipment is different. They're either using pressing machines or they're filling caps. Some sources go all out and press their pills into shapes like hearts and stars.... but irreguardless they're going to look home made in alot of situations. (just like E pills look)... again OTC meds have stuff on them to keep their shape and prevent breaking in transit and allow to be swallowed without tasting chalky.
