hey baby1 if you got a dunken near by go give the mib chocolate doughnut with the chocolate cream filling. my kids love it and my son hates chocolate but he will house 2 himself. i got a couple buddies that swear by them also. hopefully they will still have em when i am done lol
We have a new dount shop that opened across the streetand the donuts rock for sure!!!! They are more bakery style and big!! Had a redvelvet one that was to die for, but I will do to Dunkin also and get what you said, lol

I went clubbing last night for the first time in almost 10 months.
So I started at 2AM with the filthiest poutine ever.
Right now 11AM I am having 8 ounces of extra lean ground beef, with rice, 4 large cookies, a cup of coffee.

Today is my last day of "freedom" because starting tomorrow, after 7 days of eating complete junk, I am starting to structure clean eating again.
For today, I just had a cup of coffee..>I am going to jump on my bike and ride a few hours...no breakfast!!!

Egg white breakfast burrito with veggies!!!
6 egg sandwiches (12 whole eggs total) on ezikle toats with low fat mayo and tomatoes. i had a doughnut to haha and a coffee with light cream and sugar. yes baby1 i finally finally found the bread. i have to drive about an hour away but i found it.
got them both. i use the plain for my egg sandwiches and the cinnamon raisin with laughing cow creme cheese. got the mrs hooked on it as well. she has been using the bread for the last month or so. yesterday and today where my first days eating it. the plain may find it's way into my cutting diet

Just had stir fry....7 ounce chicken, green beans, tomatoes, shallots, green peppers. No spices. Apple cider vinegar.
Tomorrow is my official first day back into good eating habits, and workouts.
No more pizza, cookies, poutines, JUNK.

10 Egg White 1 Cup old fashion Oat meal 5 Crushed Almonds 5 Raisins 2 Sweet and low
half cup of Skim milk
Oatmeal before work out Eggs after
3 cups of coffee....1 large portion of chocolate cake with carrot.
in about 20 mins I will have a meal, white rice, beans, 7 ounce extra lean ground beef.

I have been miximg my breakfast ina blender and loving it! My oats digest much better for me this way
