I went clubbing last night for the first time in almost 10 months.
So I started at 2AM with the filthiest poutine ever.
Right now 11AM I am having 8 ounces of extra lean ground beef, with rice, 4 large cookies, a cup of coffee.

Today is my last day of "freedom" because starting tomorrow, after 7 days of eating complete junk, I am starting to structure clean eating again.
For today, I just had a cup of coffee..>I am going to jump on my bike and ride a few hours...no breakfast!!!

Egg white breakfast burrito with veggies!!!
6 egg sandwiches (12 whole eggs total) on ezikle toats with low fat mayo and tomatoes. i had a doughnut to haha and a coffee with light cream and sugar. yes baby1 i finally finally found the bread. i have to drive about an hour away but i found it.
got them both. i use the plain for my egg sandwiches and the cinnamon raisin with laughing cow creme cheese. got the mrs hooked on it as well. she has been using the bread for the last month or so. yesterday and today where my first days eating it. the plain may find it's way into my cutting diet
