Just had stir fry....7 ounce chicken, green beans, tomatoes, shallots, green peppers. No spices. Apple cider vinegar.
Tomorrow is my official first day back into good eating habits, and workouts.
No more pizza, cookies, poutines, JUNK.

12 whole eggs and 2 cups of grits
10 Egg White 1 Cup old fashion Oat meal 5 Crushed Almonds 5 Raisins 2 Sweet and low
half cup of Skim milk
Oatmeal before work out Eggs after
3 cups of coffee....1 large portion of chocolate cake with carrot.
in about 20 mins I will have a meal, white rice, beans, 7 ounce extra lean ground beef.

I have been miximg my breakfast ina blender and loving it! My oats digest much better for me this way
My planned breakfast is going to be bacon, scrambled eggs, wheat bread , and almond butter spread over a sliced apple.
