I have been following ketogenic approach over the last months....following your advise.
Carbs prior to and after workouts.

All my meals are portioned controlled.
I have only introduced more carbs since I started cycling again, the last 10-15 days, and I have added 10lbs.
I want to keep doing carbs until I hit 210 which will be in around 20 days...then clean my diet.

I will send you a copy of my plan, it took me hours to make, but I took your advise. I believe you will be pleased with it.
