Having many edema issues for about 8 months now following many epidural/cortisone injections over a short period of time.. Many things ruled out and doc says possible high cortisol. Need to rule that out.

TweetStress, high stress will cause increased cortisol also, so message therapy, stresss management things along those lines will aslo help lower cortisol.
